Visit our Farm

We like to welcome visitors out to the farm, however, because we farmers are exceedingly busy and must focus on the daily responsibilities and duties of the farm, we have established the following possibilities for farm tours:

General Tours

Open to all: visit the farm within the programs administered by our partner non-profit organization, the Angelic Organics Learning Center.

  1. Enjoy a tour of our vegetables, fields and farm activities

  2. Meet the farm animals: chickens, goats, horses, and more

  3. Attend a wide variety of additional special workshops and events on the farm

Tour our Farm from the Comfort of your Home

You can also visit our farm virtually, by watching our award-winning farm film, The Real Dirt on Farmer John.  The epic tale of a maverick Midwestern farmer. An outcast in his community, Farmer John bravely stands amidst a failing economy, vicious rumors, and violence.

Shareholder Tours and Visits

Open to Angelic Organics CSA Shareholders only (those who have signed up to receive a weekly delivery of our vegetables for the season). Shareholders are welcome to visit the farm any time. We want you to get to know your farm well, and we want to get to know you!

  1. Attend one of our Farm Open Houses: exciting events including hay rides, a pot-luck lunch, fall pumpkin picking, vegetable & animal tours and more.

  2. Wander the farm, the vegetables, the fallow fields, the woods.

  3. Volunteer to work with us and see how the crew does it!

See our Shareholder Visits page for more information about visiting our farm as a CSA Shareholder.

Volunteer to Work at the Farm

We love having volunteers join us in our daily work of growing and harvesting vegetables! Not only is the work quicker & easier with another set of hands, we really enjoy meeting our shareholders, making new farm friends, and having new people & perspectives jump into the midst. We often find that volunteers have a pretty good time too. Volunteering is a great way to enrich your relationship with your food and farm.  Visit our Volunteer at Our Farm page for more information.

We hope you make it out to the farm this year!
