Vacation Holds & Temporary Pickup Site Changes Policy

Shareholders must make their own vacation holds at least two weeks in advance of the scheduled delivery. Log in to your membership using your email address at www.angelicorganicsfarm.csasignup.com/login to schedule vacation holds, replacement boxes and temporary pickup site changes.

Schedule a Vacation Hold; Temporarily Change Your Pickup Location
We are excited to offer our shareholders these convenient options for making changes to your pickup site or scheduling vacation holds. Please pay attention to the details below. A lot of burden will be taken off of our office when you successfully make these changes on your own.

Since we offer both home delivery and delivery to community sites; both vegetable and fruit shares; and both full and half vegetable shares, the particulars are more intricate than they would otherwise be. Overall, it’s best to make any changes you anticipate as early as possible, to help us with our planning and to avoid potential last minute complications.

Deadline for Making Changes 
Any vacation holds or changes to your pickup site must be made no later than 14 days before the delivery day for which you want the change made. If you do not see the week for which you want to make a change, that means you have missed the deadline.

Change Your Pickup Site
All shareholders can change their pickup location for up to 5 weeks to a community delivery site. However, shareholders cannot use this system to select a new home delivery address, change to home delivery, or make a permanent change to their delivery site. To select a new home delivery address, to start home delivery for an added cost, or to make a permanent change to your delivery site, email the farm office at email hidden; JavaScript is required.

Change to another pickup location in just a few easy steps. The Member Portal will automatically put you on the schedule and checkoff list for the alternate pickup site you choose, send you a weekly reminder during the weeks that you pick up at that site, and give you all pertinent details for picking up at your new location.

Schedule a Vacation Hold
Arrange to have your box held back for up to 4 weeks of vacation time. Choose when you would like to receive replacement boxes to make up for your vacation absence or choose no replacement boxes. Alternatively, you may choose to donate your replacement boxes.

Important: You Will Not Receive a Pickup Reminder Email for Replacement Boxes
Unfortunately, this system is not equipped to send you a pickup reminder email the evening before the delivery of your replacement box. Therefore, please note in your personal calendar the week in which you have a replacement box coming. We will talk to the team at Small Farm Central and ask them to modify the system so it sends pickup reminder emails for replacement boxes.

Sign up for as many as four weeks of vacation and proceed accordingly.

If You Receive a Delivery Every Other Week & Would Like to Donate Your Box or Choose No Replacement
Sign up for as many as four weeks of vacation and proceed accordingly.

If You Receive a Delivery Every Other Week & Would Like a Replacement Box

Important Note: These Membership Actions are not designed for those who request every-other-week vacation holds and who want a replacement box; therefore, please help us to circumvent the system.

If You Receive a Delivery Every Other Week With No Fruit & Would Like a Replacement Box
If you receive a vegetable delivery every other week, but no fruit, and you would like a replacement box for any vacation week in which you would normally receive a delivery, schedule that vacation week as a one week vacation, and select any week for your replacement box.

If you are going to be on vacation for four consecutive weeks, choose the two weeks when you would receive your deliveries as separate vacation weeks. Then choose any non-vacation weeks for receiving your replacement boxes.

If You Receive Fruit & Would Like a Replacement Box
If you receive both vegetables and fruit, and you would like replacement boxes for any vacation week in which you would normally receive a fruit delivery, schedule that vacation week as a one week vacation, and select a corresponding “even” delivery week for your replacement boxes, such as Week 2, 4, 6, etc. (Why a corresponding “even week? Because we do not deliver fruit in “odd” weeks such as Week 1, 3, 5, etc.)

(It seems like we just created a set of instructions by our government.)
